Dark Circles Under The Eyes
The first and most prominent sign of aging in a person is the appearance of dark circles under ones eyes. Now, it is not necessary that it is a result of some kind of fatal illness or continuous exhaustion. But they definitely make a person look older, stressed out and not in good health.

- Consuming more anti-oxidants help reduce dark circles. Anti-oxidants are responsible for preventing the excess build up of fluid under your eye. So choose treatments that use a lot of vitamin C as well as GHK coppers peptides. In fact Vitamin K restores your body’s strength and stamina reducing the appearance of blood vessels under your eye.
- If you choose to cover up dark circles using make-up, a concealer is an easy option. - Apply SPF30 sunscreen lotion whenever out in the sun. You could also wear sunglasses to avoid direct contact.
- Drink lots of water. It not only cures under eye problems but also is good for your body. It dilutes alcohol and helps to flush out the excess amounts of sodium via your kidneys.
To avoid retention of fluids, drink water, eat healthy food like salads, and get plenty of sleep. This is the best way to maintain a good lifestyle. And yes, exercise!
