When it comes to the new economy many people are turning to part time work and adding new hours wherever they can. This is also true with dental hygienist and dental assistants. Dental offices are needing part time help not just to fill in but to add another chair so that they generate more revenue. However, the dentists are used hiring from temporary staffing firms that specialize in dental jobs. The downside to this is that they have to pay higher rates in hourly wages because the staffing firm is taking part of the pay. The other dowside is that if the dentist office ever wanted to hire that individual then they would half to pay the staffing firm a pretty high fee.
A better way to do it is use specialized dental job boards such as a dental board that allows you to build you network of hygienist in your area. There are no middleman fees and if you hire that individual as a regular then you never need to pay fees.
